With years of experience as a personal trainer and having helped hundreds of people improve their fitness, I naturally felt the need to expand my knowledge beyond traditional training. Along the way, I qualified as a Pilates Instructor, Weight Loss Specialist, and Senior Fitness Specialist, working with fully booked classes and a wide range of clients.
Over time, it became clear that many people didn’t just need a workout plan—they needed guidance. Support with motivation, confidence, pain, lifestyle changes, and the challenges they were facing outside the gym. That realisation is what shaped CalibR Coaching. While I’m not a therapist, I offer a supportive, structured approach that looks beyond body composition alone. Whether you want to move better, feel stronger, or simply find your way back to yourself, I’m here to help; or to guide you toward the right next step.
